They were “caught” on Geekbench Samsung Galaxy S and Galaxy Note 10 with One UI 4.0 on board, the most recent release of the user interface based on Android which in Italy was already seen a few days ago on board the Galaxy S 21 Ultra. According to the roadmap, the current top of the Samsung range will be followed by the third-generation foldable – Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3 – and second generation, together with the Galaxy S range 20, for which One UI 4.0 will arrive in December.
According to the roadmap, January will be the month of One UI 4.0 for 12 Galaxy, including the three Galaxy S 10 and Galaxy Note 10 and Notes 10 +, the top of the range of the 2019. Hard to say if the forecast will be met, but the “walk” on Geekbench of Galaxy S 10 and Galaxy Note 10 suggests that the works go on .
Samsung would be testing a private beta of One UI 4.0 in order to refine it just enough to then deliver it, probably, to the users of the beta program, so as to arrive at the stable release with a firmware free of bugs as possible. The scores recorded by Geekbench fall within the normality of the other Galaxy S 10 and Notes 10.
It will be interesting to understand which of the features of One UI 4.0 will end up on the two Galaxy series, especially in light of the fact that the user interface will be the last that they will receive before the end of official support, so this is a UI that customers will have to keep for a long time.
